Joseph Francis Bright, the Director, originates from Kogi State, specifically Ajaokuta Local Government.

He attended Abdul Azeez Attah Memorial College (AAAMCO) in Okene, Kogi State, before obtaining his HND in Business Administration from the Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa.

His professional journey includes obtaining certificate in computer science and diploma in crime management prevention and control at Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa State. He serve his NYSC at the Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity in Abuja.

Additionally, he has worked with Aias Limited Company in cargo handling operations and with Yanki Ben in cleaning and aircraft maintenance as a ground handling operator at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
